What is a Children's Advocacy Center?

A Children's Advocacy Center is a child-friendly facility that offers a nurturing, supportive environment  for child victims of sexual and physical abuse as well as human trafficking, and their non-offending  caregivers. This remains possible through the collaborative efforts of various professionals who intervene when a child discloses abuse. The goal is to promote justice and healing.
